Cancellation

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. If a 24-hour cancellation notice not given, your charge card, will be charge, a 25% fee or the fee will be required before your next schedule appointment.

A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for appointments booked on holidays. If a 72-hour cancellation notice not given, your charge card, will be charge, a 25% fee or the fee will be required before your next schedule appointment.

No call or No show client’s charge card will be charge a 50% fee or the fee will be required before your next schedule appointment.
